No one can overlook Health & Safety and at CSS we believe that this is everyone's responsibility and we positively encourage the reporting of near miss incidents and have an open culture of feedback and suggestions from the shop floor. Our managers are IOSH qualified and we have a highly qualified and experienced H&S manager who is the focal point for all safety and quality matters. Feedback is vital for us to ensure we continue to improve our services. We encourage our clients to accompany us on joint quality inspections and formally record results and follow-up actions.

We work closely with customers and accredited bodies to ensure that throughout our organisation we strive to trade in a responsible, sustainable and ethical way. At Group level we have a Home Office CAESER rating of 75% and have foundation membership of the Ethical Trading Initiative. We are also currently working towards achieving Carbon Trust accreditation.
